Shipping Policy

We offer ground shipping for all of ourshipments. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are ONLY available via USPS Priority Mail. No FedEx or other ‘expedited’ shipping methods can be used for APO/FPO addresses. Most shipping will be Standard Free Shipping and will take approximately 3-7 Business Days for delivery. If you would like shipping quicker than Standard Free, please reach out to us at sales@carbonfiberking.com and please note that rates are subject to change without notice. 

Orders for in stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Because of the custom nature and the wide variety of available options, no products are guaranteed to be in stock. Time to shipment from the time an order is placed is contingent upon the current volume of existing orders. We do; however, make every effort to process each order as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any items confiscated by your government, customs, or other agencies.

 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrived with obvious damage, please notify us immediately at sales@carbonfiberking.com. We will arrange to ship a replacement to you. You may be required to take digital photos of the damaged item as proof. Once we receive and review your email, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will investigate the damage and
provide you an approval or denial e-mail within 2-3 days. If the claim is approved, we will also provide you with instructions on what to do next in accordance with our return policy. In the meantime, please prepare the merchandise with shipping damage for drop-off. Please keep a copy of the drop-off tracking number should you need it for future reference. This is your proof that the merchandise has been dropped off at a shipping location.

Returns Policies

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Carbon Fiber King.

In the event that an item ordered was not as expected, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must arrive in the same condition
as when they were shipped. Items should be in the original packaging, unused,
in new condition and still have all original tags attached where applicable.

Please note, any returns
and all associated cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Final sale items cannot be
returned or exchanged at any time. 

If you would like to return an item,
please note that the copy of the receipt, packing list or invoice
must be included with the return.

Please note:

  • All refunds will be returned through the original form of payment used to make the purchase (Credit Card, Paypal, Amazon Payments, ect.).
  • Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we recieve your return for your original amount to be credited towards your original form of payment.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your Statement.
  • If the original payment was a gift certificate or online credit, you will recieve a refund in the form of an online credit for future purchases.
